Service Description

So excited to announce No. 5 Bistro are helping host a dog Christmas market to run alongside a 'pay by donation for Toby's Doggy Food Bank' dog portrait. Everyone is welcome to come down 4pm-8pm. Free entry and No. 5 is open as normal too. Tables can be booked for food 01623 237747 (dogs can be with you in the bar but not the restaurant so please let them know if your dog will be joining you when you book). If you just wanted to pop down with donations and a cuppa that would be AMAZING and so welcome x We have a wonderful Dog Christmas Market with Henry and George Toby's Doggy Deli and Duggie's Delights inside the fabulous No.5 PHOTO SHOOT INFORMATION Please read carefully so that you don't risk missing out. The following must be adhered to for this event to run smoothly The studio will run from 5pm-7pm and the event 4pm-8pm You will be emailed your images within 7 days. There will be alot of shots to get through so please don't chase within this time. Donations are handed over either when you come down to a stall (make sure you are given a slip to confirm you've donated at the event) or when you enter the shooting area. The donation is the payment for the shoot so please bring something. Wet and dry dog food is in high demand. Unfortunately no donation no photo. There are going to be other dogs so if your dog isn't good around them please consider this. We cannot accommodate this at all. Please keep dogs on leads at all times, make sure they have had a walk prior to the event and be responsible at all times. Please also be ready to get into the photo with your dog. The shoot times are fast to get as many dog portraits as we can. We may not have the time for your dog to settle into position on their own so it is recommended you are with them. There may not be space for a family photo though so one or two people in with the pup. Maximum of 2 dogs per booking. Book an additional slot for additional dogs. The time you book is an estimated time to stagger shoots and try not to have a big queue. Please be at the shooting area for your time but please don't turn in to Karens if the shoots ahead of you run over the time. This is important you understand so please read this paragraph twice! Any mess please clean up obviously as you're all sensible dog owners right. Grass area outside No. 5. Cancelation Policy

Thank you for booking Carrie Austin Photography. As your booking has taken space from my diary and possibly affected locations of bookings around your time it is essential you let me know if you can't attend with as much notice as possible. Photosession fees are none refundable but if you cancel before the 48 hours ahead of your date I am happy to credit what you have paid as a voucher to use within 3 months allowing you to rebook (NOT APPLICABLE TO WEDDINGS, CHRISTENINGS or SLIME PARTIES). If you for some reason don't show up to your photosession or have to cancel within the 48 hours before your shoot then the lowest price shoot will be deducted and the rest credited (For example you wouldn't lose your whole sitting fee for a no show of £85 if another person would lose £50 so as not to make you nervous about booking a bigger bundle).
